The purpose of the visit was to preserve vegetation that could provide some biofiltration feature on the property. Jane Zimmerman reviewed my field assessment. I staked out an area approximately 104 feet on the south of ihe property by 60 feet to the north. This line is not exactly straight and probably contains iess area because the water level was so high I was n�t able to hang flags on the larger trees. I have tried to preserve some of the wetiand vegetation that could be used in conjunction wiih a biofiltration feature on the site. When an actual project is proposed, Jane can determine the calculations and topography features on the site. By using this natural vegetation as part of the water quality feature, we should be able to preserve a small natural feature and accommodate water quality treatment. I want io point out that there is a wetland to the north of this property. I am not sure where the actual property lines are located, so the welland may be on the subject property or adjacent.
