The city would also prepare a letter or other document binding it <br />ro this arran�ement, not only for the benefit of the current owners, but for any successors and <br />assigns, and also establishing that t!�e land subject to the easement would be credited towards any <br />landscaping requirements then in eftect at such time as the property may be developed. <br />While the partnership is reluctant to give up land in this manner, it is our desire to come to <br />a speedy and amicxole end to lhe current situation.
