As thc
owners understand it thc deal wili be along the following lines:
Wc would agree to preservc the approximately 6,000 square fcet near the
southeast comer of thc property, whethcr by perpetual environmentl easement or
something conceptually similar;
2. If the city would like, we will rclease it with respect to the storm drain matter;
At no further cxpense thc city would issue those permits ncccssary to permit us to
compfete the vork lhat had begun on the lot, but which wili now exclude the area
subject to the environmenzal easement;
The city and the property ovners will enter into an agreement binding on the city
and running with the land that will pemiit current ownership or its successors to
utilize the area subject to the easement referenced in 1 for retention.
