Accordingly, we are renewing our proposal as set forth in the March 18, <br />1999 letter, save that we are gving up additional land to the easement as follows: <br />Beginning from the northeast corner of the lot and running casterly along the <br />noKhern property line for 200 feet, then southerly for 22'/z feet, then casterly 200 <br />fcet, thcn northedy 22'h fcet to the point of return. <br />We belicve this is in substanual compliance with the buffer averaging niles, and is more <br />desirablc than just a straight 50 foot buf%r in that it savcs an additional six cedar and a numbcr of <br />aldcr trccs that (ic outsidc of any conceivablc bu}T'er. <br />Encloscd under ttus covcr is a map which shows in rough scalc both areas which we are <br />proposing to have subject to the cnvironmental easement. <br />Very truly yo s, <br />� <br />vIIrian L.
