Cazroll Tollefson advised that no exva permits would be required for utilities. <br />2. The storm drain will be cun into the pond in one day. R& L will do the <br />erosion control at the same time. One bed of rip-np will be laid down in the <br />pond, instead of three at the end of the storm draim m�s. <br />3. Dan emphasized that all trucks will be clean when they go onto Everett Mall <br />Way from the site. After the temporuy nazldng lot is being utilized, access for <br />the trucks will be through the ma�n entrance and :he exit through the <br />conswction road. <br />4. The City will not allow pea grevel bedding for any underground piping. They <br />required crushed rock for PVC pipe and sand for concrete or ductile p�pe. <br />5. Excavation will start Thursday, November 21, 1991. <br />6. Sound Utilities will mobilize and start to work on Monday, November 25. <br />7. Sound ro apply and pay for the meters.
