The developer will 6e mada <br />aware of the city reqviremente for the aignal at the time of <br />phaee two development. <br />Other commente regarding aite acceae pointe and circulation are <br />included on the eite plan. The developer shovld be made aware <br />thet there may ba additional on aite circulation raquiramenta <br />with the development of phaee two, depending on the effectiveneee <br />oi the phaoe one improvementa and the aize of the phaee 2 <br />developu�ent. <br />Although not a requiremont, the developer may want to considet <br />better pedeatrian/vehicle aeparation in front of the theatre. <br />
