By mutual agreement between Boss Testing, VSL, Mfcon and MMA, the 300 level tendons are assumed stressed to a safe and acceptable level based upon similar condftions, tendon layout and elongations at the floor above arxi below• An attempt to pull off several tendons to chock stress was abandoned after one tendon, due to the risk of a dangerous sudden Nailure. The procedure is outlined in MMA's field report M73, 1/5/88. Pouring of L-9 and K-9, 600 level of roof. Contractor and test lab to make schmidt hammer tests 7 days later. Results not yet receNed.
