Also noted in MMA ffeld reports #12, <br />1 /4/88 and #13, 1 /5/88. <br />By mutual agreement between Boss Testing, VSL, Mfcon and MMA, the 300 <br />level tendons are assumed stressed to a safe and acceptable level <br />based upon similar condftions, tendon layout and elongations at the <br />floor above arxi below• An attempt to pull off several tendons to <br />chock stress was abandoned after one tendon, due to the risk of a <br />dangerous sudden Nailure. The procedure is outlined in MMA's field <br />report M73, 1/5/88. <br />Pouring of L-9 and K-9, 600 level of roof. <br />Contractor and test lab to make schmidt hammer tests 7 days later. <br />Results not yet receNed. <br />Voids at column C1 and D1 at 400 level. <br />See MMA report t/6/88, observation and acceptance of repaired <br />concrete.
