� <br />II. �ONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS <br />Three (3) ccmplete seu with site plans. Minimum scale: 1/8" = 1'-0". <br />✓ A. Architect's stamp. All projects of 4,000 squaze feet or more than 4 dwelling <br />units require the plans to be prepazed by an architect currently licensed w pracdce <br />in the state of Washington (RCW 18.08) - Please note that an engineer's stamp <br />does not eliminate this requirement. <br />B. Floor plan with complete dimensions (indicate entire building showing all exit <br />doors, stairs, corridors, etc.). <br />C. Building section with vertical dimensions indicating location of tenant <br />improvement, other tenants and building construction. <br />D. Wall sections indicating proposed construction and assEmbly rating as required <br />for occupancy ser<aration, azea separ.-ttion or building construction. <br />E. Stair or ramp plans (1/4" = 1'-0" minimum scale) and secdons. <br />F. Toilet room plans (1/4" = 1'-0" minimum scale) and interior elevarions indicate <br />wall and floor finishes, fixture dimensions, handicap accessories (if required) and <br />toilet accessories. <br />G. Door scheclule (indicate frame and door nting, type of lock or latch and signage <br />if requized). <br />✓ H. Lighting plan and energy budget calculations (indicate wattage of all fixtures, <br />include exterior building mounted lighdng if added or revised). This must be <br />provided at the time of building permit application. <br />� I. Energy calculations (any exterior wall or roof of existing buildings must be <br />insulated when the framing cavity is exposed when remodeling. Cavity must be <br />insulated to the maximum depth possible or to the depth indicated by energy <br />calculations). <br />� J. Structural drawings and calculations (only required if altering exisdng structure <br />or adding new load-bearing structure). <br />K.
