A complete equipment schedule showing make and model number of all units <br />is needed. Inciude salad bar speci8cations. <br />2. Provide fir,ish schedule of kitchen and prep area walls. <br />3. Show drain line configurations for dishmachine, all sinks, and the ice <br />machine. <br />4. Show the Iocation of nearest restruoms and type of fixtures in each. <br />5.
