The action is part of the group of 2004 docket items and would become part of the actions that make up the 2005 Comprehensive Plan Update, which includes the comprehensive 10-Year Update required by the Growth Management Act. RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Approve the Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Plan in the College expansion area from Mixed Use Commercial—Multi Family to Colleges/Universities 2.2 and rezone from B-2 to B-2I(institutional).
