Measures are taken to limit impacts to adjacent residential properties and to improve vehicle entry/ exit safety. This action is part of the group of 2004 docket items and would become part of the actions that make up the 2005 Comprehensive Plan Update, which includes the comprehensive 10-Year Update required by the Growth Management Act. RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Approve the Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Plan from Multi Family 1.6 to Mixed Use Commercial —Multi Family 4.4 and rezone from R-3 Multiple Family to C-1 General Commercial.
