This action is part of the group of 2004 docket items and would become part of the actions that make up the 2005 Comprehensive Plan Update,which includes the comprehensive 10-Year Update required by the Growth Management Act. RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Approve the Ordinance to amend the Comprehensive Plan from Multiple Family 1.7 to Multiple Family 1.8 and rezone from R-4 to R-5H. The Zlab Rezone, located east of Rockefeller between 26th Street and a point north of Everett Avenue.
