No permit can be issued prior <br />to our receipt of this d�cument. <br />•iite face of the permit taill be marked as follows: <br />NO WORK WILL COP4MENCE ON THIS SITE PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF A <br />RIGFIT-OF-WAY (PUBLIC WORKS) USE PERMIT. <br />The remaining Public Works requirements are of a technical rather than <br />substantive nature. Review and approval should be possibLe within <br />24 hours after receipt of your corrected plans reflecting the required <br />changes or modifications. Upon issuance of the Right-Of-Way Permit, <br />you will be issued a standard Construction Permit. <br />I wish to stress that, should site work commence prior to issuance of <br />the requirecl permit, the conditional construction permit will be <br />revoked and a Stop Work Order issued. <br />We wish to fully cooperate in expediting your project through to final <br />occupancy. If, for some reason, your Public i4orks approval is delayed <br />beyond an acceptable start date for site work, please contact me to <br />explore possible alternatives. <br />� <br />.' , ;!
