As the individual spaces are leased and tenant requirements become <br />known, you will be advised as to the proposed tenant improvements includin9 <br />the HVAC system. <br />You �aill note that I have established the individual estimated building <br />valuations by prorating> on a square footage basis, from the estimated con- <br />struction value of $2,809,420 for all buildin9s in the project. <br />I am also transmitting hereeiith two (2) copies of Addenduin �1, dated 7 Sep- <br />tember 1979, �•ihich have been transmitted to the contractor and all interested <br />parties. This addendum comprises various and sundry corrections and/or clar- <br />ifications ��hich �ae felt necessary and which have come to li9ht since our is- <br />suance oF the documents for biddin9 purposes. Please incorporate same into <br />your fi'le sets as the addendum will no doubt clar•ify some questions you mi9ht <br />raise during your plan check review. <br />Nlso pursuant to your request, I am transmitting herewith taio (2) copies of <br />the structural calculations of the praject as prepared by our structural en- <br />gineer, Harvey R. Dodd & Associates. <br />I note that throughout the description of the project in the Environmental <br />Checklist and other places throughout the docu.nents, �re have referenced Dia9- <br />onal 41ay as the main thorouyhfare abutting the site of the proposed project. <br />I have been advised that Diagonal IJay is no longer a recognized name for this <br />street, so please change all references to Dia9onal Way--except for the name <br />of the project, itself--to "South aroad�vay" uhich, I understand, is the com- <br />r;�nly and currently accepted name for this thoroughfare. <br />�qpq pIKE STREET - SEATTLE WASHINGTON g0109 C2067682•B74'I <br />RF4646 <br />
