No permit can be issued pr.ior <br />to our receiot of this document. <br />The face of the permit will be marked as follows: <br />NO WORK WILL COP9MENCE ON THIS SITE PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF A <br />RIGHT-OF-WAY (PUBLIC WORKS) USE PERti2T. <br />The remaining Public Works require�nents are of a technical rather than <br />substantive nature. Review and approval should be possible within <br />29 hours after receipt of your corrected plans reflecting the required <br />changes or modifications. Upon issuance of the Ri.ght-Of-Way Permit, <br />you will be issued a standard Construction Permit. <br />I wish tQ stress that, should site work commence prior to issuance of <br />the required permit, the conditional construction permit will be <br />revoked and a Stop Work Order issued. <br />We wish to fully cooperate in expediting your project through to final <br />occupancy.
