If so, which sink will be used for vegetablc <br />preparation and wliicl� for raw meat thawing/rinsine. <br />3. Tlie proposed menu indicates raw fish and meats are to be served. VVlien raw or undercooked eggs, <br />mcats, or aquatic Coods are oficred for se��ice or for sale as ready fo eat, tliese foods must be clz•.rly <br />identified as raw or undercooked on the menu or on a sign clearly visible to the patrons.
