The listed requirements are placed in response to our review of this <br />information: <br />MITIGATION OF ADVERSE IMPACTS BY SEPA <br />1. Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding properties. (SEPA <br />Earth, Land and Shoreline Use Policies.) <br />2. Treatment of stormwater runoff from paved areas will be required if 5,000 square feet of new <br />and/or redeveloped pavement results from the project. Redeveloped pavement is pavement that has <br />undergone anything other than routine maintenance activity.— Any pavement that was recently <br />created and/or redeveloped for the expresso drive-thru must also be counted. (SEPA Earth and <br />Water Policies) <br />3. Although this project site is located within the Silver Lake drainage basin, because the project is a <br />redevelopment of an existing site, stormwater treatment to City standards for the Silver Lake <br />drainage basin will not be required.
