Profit Sharing Trust <br />Our Job tVo. 8238 <br />Dear Sir: <br />Pursuant to our meeting of March 19th, we herewith forViard for your <br />review and approval the following: <br />-- �50.00 Check <br />-- Environmental Checklist <br />-- Legal Description of Property <br />-- Clearing, Grading and Excavation Application <br />-- Grading & TESCP Draa�ing (5 sets) <br />-- Site Plan for Restaurant (5 copies) <br />As we discussed, it is the intent of our client to obtain clearing and <br />grading permits for the entire site as soon as possible; then proceed <br />�•iith preparation of the front 0.75 acres for construction of the above <br />mentioned restaurant, There are no definite plans at this time for the <br />rear portion of the property, however development in the near future <br />will be in accordance �aith the existing C-1 zoning. <br />4!e have investigated the existing drainage basin, which drains south <br />through the so-iale on the �•�est 25 ft. of the parcel, and have designed <br />an enclosed system to convey storm water across the site.
