NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of Everett: <br /> • <br /> Effective November 3, 2003, a special fare media, GOLDEN WINGS PASS, shall be <br /> made available to participants of the Everett Senior Center, parking at Everett Station. <br /> 1. GOLDEN WINGS PASS shall be valid Monday - Friday on all Everett Transit <br /> routes between Everett Station and the Everett Senior Center, when the Everett <br /> Senior Center is open. <br /> 2. The GOLDEN WINGS PASS shall have no cash value towards full or partial <br /> payment on EVERETT TRANSIT service outside of the described service area, <br /> nor shall it be valid on any other public transit service provider serving Everett. <br /> 3. The GOLDEN WINGS PASS shall be distributed, without charge, by the Director <br /> of the Everett Senior Center, or designee, to center participants choosing to park <br /> at the Everett Station and using EVERETT TRANSIT to access the Everett Senior <br /> Center.
