WHEREAS, the City did incur expenses in completing abatements of said <br /> violations at the subject property; and <br /> WHEREAS, notice of Council's consideration of this Resolution was provided to <br /> the property owner of record; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,Be It Resolved by the City Council of the City of Everett <br /> that the expenses set forth in the report attached hereto is hereby confirmed for the <br /> subject property.
