This project <br /> will alleviate the excessive heat in the Computer and Telephone Rooms. The Rice Group and the <br /> Facilities Department have developed a scope of work and negotiated a fee of$7,700.00 for the project. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the mayor to sign a Professional Services Agreement for the Main Library HVAC Upgrade Project <br /> in the amount of$7,700.00. <br /> 39 <br />
