Attached are two <br /> Requests for Partial Reconveyance for 85 feet of property east of the Gaffney Field so the property can be <br /> sold to a developer who wants to purchase the land and subdivide the property. This is the proposed location <br /> to place 11 Donovan homes which would be moved from Block 248, east of Providence Everett Medical <br /> Center. The existing deeds of trusts are for$41,753.73 and $10,000.00 respectively and would remain on the <br /> remaining land owned by the Boys and Girls Clubs of Snohomish County. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign two Requests for Partial Reconveyance for the Boys and Girls Clubs of <br /> Snohomish County. <br /> 3 <br />
