This <br /> stage will develop the location of a pedestrian and bicycle bridge from East Marine View Drive, in the <br /> vicinity of Jackson Park, to the Snohomish Riverfront. This non-motorized facility is part of the City's <br /> comprehensive trail plan,which includes a trail around the City's north-end peninsula that will ultimately <br /> connect with other bicycle and pedestrian transportation facilities to the north,west, east, and south of <br /> Everett. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with KPFF Consulting Engineers, Inc., for <br /> engineering services related to the Henry M.
