The design <br /> includes a new entry drive, additional parking adjacent to the administration building,native interpretive <br /> landscaping, new entry into the WPCF administration building and an access trail to the existing river <br /> pedestrian trail. Bid Summary: Salinas Construction Inc. @ $367,563.60,was the only bidder. This <br /> substantially exceeds the designers estimate of$286,000. and budget for this project which was $200,000. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): To reject the bid of the construction contract <br /> for the WPCF Low Impact Development Parking Lot by the lowest responsive bidder, Salinas Construction <br /> Inc. of Everett, WA. in the amount of$367, 563.60. <br /> 21 <br />
