w <br /> (1) All surveys, environmental, soils, engineering or similar reports, <br /> studies and assessments relating to the Transfer Lots undertaken by or for CSR <br /> AsseciatedRinker or otherwise in CSR AssociatedRinker's possession or control. <br /> (2) All agreements between CSR AssociatedRinker and any prior owner <br /> or any current or prior occupant of the Transfer Lots with respect to the condition of the Transfer <br /> Lots, the presence of Hazardous Substances or waste on the Transfer Lots or any indemnity <br /> relating thereto. <br /> (3) All leases, rental agreements, licenses, occupancy agreements, or other <br /> agreements granting rights to use or occupy any portion of the Transfer Lots and any <br /> amendments or letter agreements related thereto and all related guaranties, if any. <br /> (4) All plans, documents and specifications for any fill completed or <br /> contemplated on the Transfer Lots. <br /> CSR AssociatedRinker's obligations to provide accurate information regarding each the <br /> Transfer Lots, as described in this subsection, shall be a continuing obligation and, on or before <br /> the date that CSR AssociatedRinker notifies the City of its intent to convey each of the Transfer <br /> Lots to the City.
