In lieu of and not in addition to foreclosure,Tthe City <br /> retains all other rights and remedies that it may have in law or equity in the event of a Default <br /> breach by CSR AssociatedRinker of the terms of this Agreement. <br /> 1.12 Insurance. <br /> (a) For the duration of this Agreement, CSR AssociatedRinker shall obtain at <br /> its own expense, maintain in full force and effect, and file with the City a Certificate of Insurance <br /> for a primary policy of Commercial General Liability insurance that includes the coverages set <br /> forth below. These policies and Certificates of Insurance shall be subject to approval by City as <br /> to company, terms and coverages. <br /> (b) Such liability insurance policies shall by endorsement specifically name <br /> City as an additional insured thereunder.
