The <br /> Police Department will have two on-duty supervisors, two bike officers, and three parking <br /> officers to assist in the event <br /> (3) To approve the closure of the westbound lane of Wall Street, Broadway to Lombard, on <br /> September 13, 2005, 12 a.m. to 11:59 p.m.; and both lanes of Wall Street, Broadway to <br /> Lombard, on September 18, 2005, 12 p.m. to 11:59 p.m., to unload and load circus trailers <br /> and trucks for the Ringling Brothers and Barnum and Bailey Circus with the inclusion of <br /> recommendations from the Police Department regarding safety measures <br /> ACTION ITEMS: (to be considered individually) <br /> (4) Award construction contract for the South Precinct Emergency Operations Center to Sheldrup <br /> Building Services in the amount of $136,250.00 plus Washington State Sales Tax in the <br /> amount of $11,717.50 for a total of $147,967.50 <br /> (5) Adopt Resolution # approving the rezone from R-3 to R-3, PRD (Multiple Family — Planned <br /> Residential Development) and preliminary approval of a 20-lot subdivision <br /> (6) Authorize the Mayor to sign Change Order No. 1 for the 2005 Pavement Marking Project with <br /> Stripe Rite, Inc. in the amount of $7,208.75 <br /> AGENDA CONTINUED ON BACK OF THIS PAGE <br />
