4 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project entitled <br /> "52nd Street SE, Colby Avenue to Claremont Way," Fund 303, <br /> Program 044,as established by Ordinance 2664-02. <br /> WHEREAS, the special improvement project entitled"52nd Street SE, Colby Avenue to <br /> Claremont Way,"Fund 303, Program 044,was established to provide for the said <br /> improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS,the purpose of the fund has been accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS,there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor <br /> uncollected revenues to be received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the special improvement project entitled "52nd Street SE, Colby Avenue to <br /> Claremont Way," Fund 303, Program 044,be closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the"52nd Street SE, Colby Avenue to <br /> Claremont Way," Fund 303, Program 044, are as follows: <br /> A.
