ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing the special construction fund entitled "Fire Station <br /> No.5 Construction" Fund 342, Program 003, as established by Ordinance <br /> No. 2470-00, and amended by ordinance 2605-02. <br /> WHEREAS, the "Fire Station No.5 Construction", Fund 342, Program 003 was <br /> established to provide for the design and construction of the new Fire Station No.5, <br /> located at 1600 Madison Street and, <br /> WHEREAS, the purpose of the fund has been accomplished and, <br /> WHEREAS, there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor <br /> uncollected revenues to be received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the special construction fund, Fund No. 342, Program 003, "Fire Station <br /> No.5 Construction" to be closed. <br /> Section 2: That the final revenues and expenses for "Fire Station No.5 Construction", <br /> Fund 342, Program 003, are as follows: <br /> REVENUES <br /> CIP4 $3,300,000 <br /> Misc. Revenue $795 <br /> Total $3,300,795 <br /> EXPENSES <br /> Design $351,186 <br /> Construction $2,799,411 <br /> Transfer Out —to CIP4 $150,198 <br /> .p it ft <br />
