The PRD/Subdivision requires a rezone from R-3 to R-3,PRD and approval of a <br /> 20 lot subdivision. The project would relocate 11 single-family dwellings from the Historic Donovan <br /> District to the northern portion of the subject property immediately off 12th Street. The other 9 lots of the <br /> proposed subdivision would include new construction of single family dwellings that would be subject to <br /> Small Lot Development Standards consistent with the Everett Municipal Code(EMC 19.7.010). <br /> The Hearing Examiner held a public hearing on July 28,2005 and recommends approval of the requested <br /> Planned Residential Development/Subdivision. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Adopt resolution approving the rezone from <br /> R-3 to R-3, PRD (Multiple Family - Planned Residential Development) and preliminary approval of a 20-lot <br /> subdivision. <br /> 17 <br />
