RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): To approve a rolling street closure from the train station, north on Smith Avenue,west on 32nd Street, north on Paine Street to Smith Avenue, west on Wall Street, and across Broadway to the Everett Events Center on September 12, 2005, 12 a.m. to 12 p.m.; and from the Everett Events Center to the train station via the same route on September 18, 2005, 6:30 p.m. to 12 p.m., for an Elephant Walk for the Ringling Brothers Barnum and Bailey Circus. The Police Department will have two on-duty supervisors, two bike officers, and-three 3 parking officers to assist in the event.
