Task 1 of this project was completed last year, and focused on current and future power requirements <br /> at the Water Filter Plant. This contract will address feasibility of grid replacement,power reliability,power <br /> monitoring, and related issues. Information received from PUD will be included in the feasibility analysis. <br /> The result of this contract will be a feasibility report discussing the various likely alternatives including cost <br /> estimates and local distribution layouts. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize Mayor to sign this professional services agreement with ECS Engineering,Inc., for$33,000 to <br /> continue the engineering study of power supply issues at the Water Filter Plant. <br /> fl <br />
