Grand Avenue Park Bridge Construction Management and Construction Support <br /> City of Everett Scope of Work <br /> Exhibit A <br /> This effort will include meeting attendance and coordination with the City of Everett, response to <br /> RFIs, ASIs and submittals, and general communication (emails, phone calls, general consultation). <br /> The City will provide work on the punch list visit and report preparation, and preparation of as-built <br /> for Civil Engineering Design Elements, though KPFF may provide support as needed. <br /> 6. COMBINED SEWER & STORMWATER SUPPORT <br /> HDR will provide the following Sewer& Stormwater services as needed during the construction phase. A <br /> total of 28 hours have been allocated for HDR services. <br /> 6.10— Project Invoicing & Controls <br /> 6.20 —Site Visits <br /> 6.30 — RFIs (4 total) <br /> 6.40 —Submittal Reviews <br /> 7. ARCHITECTURE& BRIDGE AESTHETICS SUPPORT <br /> There is no Architectural Support needed for this phase of construction. <br /> 8. ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING SUPPORT <br /> There is no Electrical Engineering Support needed for this phase of construction. <br /> 9. LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE& IRRIGATION SUPPORT <br /> There is no Landscape Architecture & Irrigation Support needed for this phase of construction. <br /> 10. ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES <br /> Environmental and Permitting support services will be provided on an on-call basis. <br /> 11. ELEVATOR DESIGN SUPPORT <br /> There is no Elevator Design Support needed for this phase of construction. <br /> 12.
