1/111114 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 5 29 2 <br /> A RESOLUTION establishing rates for <br /> public parking at EVERPARK GARAGE <br /> WHEREAS, Resolution No. 3820 established rates for public parking at the municipal <br /> EVERPARK parking garage; and <br /> WHEREAS, Resolution No. 4562 passed and approved by the Everett City Council on <br /> February 25, 1998 amended the established rates set forth in Resolution No. 3820;and <br /> WHEREAS,the EVERPARK parking garage rates approved in Resolution No. 4562 <br /> took effect on April 1, 1998; and <br /> WHEREAS,the EVERPARK parking garage rates have not changed for more than four <br /> and one half years; and <br /> WHEREAS, a rate adjustment is necessary to better align EVERPARK parking garage <br /> rates with other parking rates within the City of Everett Central Business District; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Everett City Council agrees that the EVERPARK parking garage rates <br /> should be adjusted on a regular basis, <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF EVERETT,that the following rates and effective dates are approved for public <br /> parking at the municipal EVERPARK parking garage: <br /> Parking Existing <br /> Type Rate March 1, 2003 March 1, 2004 March 1,2005 <br /> Hourly: <br /> 0-2hours $1.00 $1.25 $1.50 $1.75 <br /> 2—4 hours $3.00 $3.25 $3.50 $4.00 <br /> 4+hours $6.00 $6.25 $6.50 $7.00 <br /> Monthly: <br /> Covered $55.00 $58.00 $61.00 $64.00 <br /> Roof Level $52.50 $55.00 $58.00 $61.00 <br /> Hoyt Level $60.00 $63.00 $66.00 $69.00 <br />
