Hall will <br /> entitle the purchaser to a 75% discount on daily fees at Legion Memorial. <br /> Junior Resident and Junior Non-Resident Memberships shall only be available to students <br /> who have completed the Junior Golf Program. Junior Memberships will be effective for <br /> three months from the date they are purchased. The requirement to complete the Junior <br /> Golf Program prior to the purchase of a Jtmior Membership may be waived by the Parks <br /> Director upon recommendation of the Golf Pro or Program Instructors. <br /> All rates shall be effective January 1, 2003, through December 31, 2003. For purposes of <br /> determining rates, the following definitions shall apply: <br /> Junior Youths 8 through 18 years of age <br /> Senior Adults at least 62 years of age <br /> Weekday Monday through Thursday <br /> Weekend Friday through Sunday, Holidays <br /> Season April through September <br /> Off-Season October through March <br /> Sunrise Hours determined by Parks Director <br /> Early Bird Hours determined by Parks Director <br /> Twilight Hours determined by Parks Director <br /> Sunset Hours determined by Parks Director <br /> Section 2: <br /> There will be a Junior Golf Program in accordance with the following guidelines: <br /> A. The program shall be available to all youths ages eight (8)through eighteen <br /> (18). <br /> B.
