February 1, 2017 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> PURCHASE — BULK FUEL AND TANK DELIVERIES <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher, seconded by Council <br /> Member Moore, to approve the purchase of bulk fuel and tank <br /> deliveries from the Snohomish County Fuel Contract awarded to <br /> PetroCard in the estimated amount of $1,644,000, including <br /> Washington State sales tax. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENTS — ON-CALL MATERIALS TESTING SERVICES <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services <br /> Agreements for on-call materials testing services with GeoTest <br /> Services, Inc., Materials Testing & Consulting, Inc., and Krazan & <br /> Associates, Inc. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL BILL 1701-03 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the Ordinance, which created a <br /> special improvement project entitled "Forest Park Swim <br /> Center Capital Improvements Project," Fund 354, Program 048, <br /> to accumulate all costs for the improvement project, <br /> Ordinance No. 3479-16 <br /> 46 <br />
