February 8, 2017 <br /> Council Member Murphy provided a liaison report on his attendance at the <br /> Parks Board meeting. He also reported on his attendance at the Lodging <br /> Tax Advisory Committee meeting. <br /> Council Member Bader provided a liaison report on his attendance at the <br /> Puget Sound Regional Council Growth Management Policy Board <br /> meeting. <br /> Council Vice President Franklin provided a liaison report on her <br /> attendance at the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee meeting. She <br /> announced that another meeting is scheduled on February 15, 2017, at <br /> noon. She also reported on her attendance at a Smith Avenue <br /> stakeholders meeting. <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE ON PRIOR BUSINESS <br /> Debra Bryant, Administration, announced that Fire Chief Hicks will provide <br /> a fire alarm retrofit update next Wednesday. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Iles requested an executive session, anticipated to last no <br /> longer than 15 minutes, concerning two legal matters pursuant to RCW <br /> 42.30.110(1)(i)(c) with no announcement to follow. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> J.T. Dray, Everett, spoke about regional transit issues. He also informed <br /> the Council about a change to the Everett Transit Customer Service <br /> Center hours of operation due to staffing shortages. <br /> Council Member Murphy requested more information be provided to the <br /> Council regarding the staffing change. <br /> Debra Bryant, Administration, stated she will report back to the Council <br /> next week. <br /> 50 <br />
