The current owners, Tim Graves and Jill Rider, have requested their property, the <br /> Winter House at 1631 Grand Ave.,be placed on the Everett Register. The house was designed by noted <br /> architect Carl F. Gould, who also designed the original historic Everett Public Library and the Weyerhaeuser <br /> Office Building on the waterfront.
