The objective of this study is to develop a detailed <br /> comprehensive planning document that can be used by City's staff to implement the required improvements <br /> to the existing City's facilities and results in an agreed upon Capital Improvement Program(CIP). This study <br /> will fulfill the legal obligations required by the Washington State Department of Health(DOH) for a water <br /> system plan and will be a road map of the manner in which the City will improve, expand, and maintain the <br /> water system over the next six years. The amount of the loan is $100,000 at zero percent interest and a <br /> repayment term of six years.
