The Consolidated Plan states that the City will <br /> complete an Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice. This action is to authorize the Mayor to sign a <br /> professional services agreement with the Fair Housing Center of South Puget Sound to complete this analysis. <br /> The last analysis of fair housing was completed for the City in 1996. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign a Professional Services Agreement in the amount of$9,500.00 for Preparation of <br /> an Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice. <br /> 39 <br />
