The City's application to produce a handout of <br /> architectural details typical to Everett was reviewed and supported by the Historical Commission. The City <br /> has been awarded a 2006 grant in the amount of$7,000 for this work. The funds will be used to hire a <br /> professional consultant to create the architectural drawings which will be available to citizens and contractors <br /> as examples of construction details appropriate for historic buildings. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the 2006 historic preservation grant agreement with the state DCTED. <br /> 53 <br />
