IG, <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project entitled <br /> "Pacific Avenue Overcrossing," Fund 313, as established by <br /> Ordinance 2443-00. <br /> WHEREAS, the special improvement project entitled "Pacific Avenue Overcrossing", <br /> Fund 313, was established to provide for the said improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS, the purpose of the fund has been accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS, there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor <br /> uncollected revenues to be received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the special improvement project entitled "Pacific Avenue Overcrossing", Fund 313, <br /> be closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the "Pacific Avenue Overcrossing", Fund 313, <br /> are as follows: <br /> A.
