Jackson Hydroelectric Project,FERC Project No. 2157 ("Project"), on behalf <br /> of itself and co-licensee City of Everett,Washington. As detailed in the attached <br /> application,the PUD seeks to amend the Project Recreation Plan to conform to certain <br /> security measures instituted at the Jackson Project in response to the events of September <br /> 11, 2001. In accordance with 18 C.F.R. § 388.112, the application is filed as follows: <br /> 1. Volume 1: This volume consists of the application with Critical Energy <br /> Infrastructure Information("CEII")removed. An original and fourteen <br /> (14)public copies of this Volume 1 are submitted. See 18 C.F.R. <br /> § 388.112(b)(2)(i). <br /> 2. Volume 2: This volume contains the CEII that has been removed from <br /> the public version of the application. Pursuant to instructions developed <br /> by the Commission's Secretary,this volume, as well as the information <br /> contained therein,has been marked"Contains Critical Energy <br /> Infrastructure Information—Do Not Release."
