CONSULTATION <br /> • <br /> Pursuant to section 4.38(a)(7) of the Commission's regulations,the PUD provided <br /> copies of a draft application to and requested comments from the U.S. Forest Service,the <br /> State of Washington Departments of Social and Health Services,Natural Resources, and <br /> Wildlife, and the Washington Parks and Recreation Commission regarding its proposed <br /> amendment. Comments of the agencies are attached to this application as Appendix C. <br /> V.
