Affected employers are those with 100 or more employees, who report to work between 6:00 <br /> AM and 9:00 AM, Monday through Friday. To implement the CTR law, the Washington State Department <br /> of Transportation (WSDOT) has designated funding to reimburse jurisdictions with affected employers, such <br /> as the City of Everett, for its CTR related expenses. Staff recommends that the City of Everett renew its <br /> contract with the WSDOT to receive CTR reimbursement funds. The agreement is from July 1, 2005 <br /> through June 30, 2007. The amount available for the first year of the agreement is $49,236 and is retroactive <br /> to July 1, 2005. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the Mayor to sign Agreement GCA4579 for Commute Trip Reduction <br /> Implementation with the Washington State Department of Transportation. <br /> R1h/101205/CTR GCA4579 I I <br />
