The scope of work includes designing 450 sq feet of work space from existing <br /> common area and meeting room space within the Operations Center. CNJA will also provide construction <br /> plans for the remodel. <br /> Upon submittal of final construction plans, Transit and the Facilities Department will determine if in-house <br /> staff is available to construct the improvements or if the work will be contracted. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Authorize Mayor to sign a Professional Service Agreement with CNJA for design <br /> of interior improvements for the Transit Operations Center at 3225 Cedar Street. <br /> 27 <br /> RIH/AI/t 12305/ET Ops Cntr Remodel <br />
