s <br /> 6 EXHIBIT A <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> Work to Be Performed <br /> Project Description <br /> Provide complete construction documents including drawings, and specifications for the <br /> following work located in the City of Everett—Transit Operations Center located at 3225 Cedar <br /> Street. The areas of proposed alterations within this building are as follows: <br /> • Paratransit operations room 123 and corridor 124 as shown on Transit Operations Center <br /> first floor drawing (Exhibit Al). <br /> • Training room 212 as shown on Transit Operations Center second floor drawing (Exhibit <br /> A2). <br /> • The work shall include the following: <br /> Basic Services <br /> • Design minor door and wall revisions as directed by the City. <br /> • Incorporate minor HVAC revisions as directed by the City. <br /> • Supply construction drawings sufficient for obtaining permits and competitive bids for <br /> the work. <br /> • Assist the Owner in obtaining bids and building permits. The City will pay all permit <br /> costs. <br /> • Assist the Owner in answering questions during the bid period. <br /> • Review shop drawings. <br /> • Construction administration services limited to two site visits and responding to <br /> questions, Owner will provide construction observation. <br /> Deliverables <br /> • Submit two complete project bid document sets no latter than January 9, 2006. <br /> • Submit one electronic file disc no latter than January 9, 2006. <br /> 36 <br /> 9 <br />
