7 <br /> ,0074 <br /> i <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project entitled "Senior <br /> Center Improvements", Fund 342, Program 010, to accumulate all costs for <br /> the improvement project. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has recognized the need to make improvements at the <br /> Senior Center, located at 3025 Lombard; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 342, Program <br /> 010, entitled "Senior Center Improvements" to accumulate the costs required to make <br /> certain improvements at the Senior Center. <br /> Section 2: Authorization is hereby granted to the Facilities/Property Management <br /> Director under the administration of the Mayor, to assume full responsibility for <br /> conducting all tasks and performing all necessary steps to accomplish the actions <br /> authorized by this Ordinance. <br /> Section 3: The estimated cost of the project is $200,000 including costs related to <br /> design, cost estimates, repairs, upgrades, equipment, and contract administration. <br /> Section-4: The sum of $200,000 is hereby appropriated to Fund 342 "City Facilities <br /> Construction Fund" Program 010 "Senior Center Improvements." <br /> A. Estimated Project Costs <br /> Conceptual Design and Cost Est. $ 25,000 <br /> Repairs and Upgrades $175,000 <br /> Total Estimated Costs $200,000 <br /> B. Source of Funds <br /> CIP 4 $200,000 <br /> Total Estimated Funds $200,000 <br /> C. The appropriation shall not lapse, but shall be carried forward from year to <br /> year until fully expended or the purpose has been accomplished or <br /> abandoned without the necessity of re-appropriation. <br /> 42 <br />
