/14140/7N <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project entitled <br /> "Evergreen Way, 112th Street SW to Airport Road," Fund 303, <br /> Program 036,as established by Ordinance 2617-02. <br /> WHEREAS, the special improvement project entitled"Evergreen Way, 112th Street SW <br /> to Airport Road", Fund 303, Program 036 was established to provide for the said <br /> improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS, the purpose of the fund has been accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS, there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor <br /> uncollected revenues to be received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the special improvement project entitled"Evergreen Way, 112th Street SW to <br /> Airport Road", Fund 303, Program 036,be closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the"Evergreen Way, 112th Street SW to Airport <br /> Road", Fund 303, Program 036, are as follows: <br /> A.
