13 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project entitled <br /> "10th Street- Pine Street to East Marine View Drive", Fund 303, <br /> Program 050, as established by Ordinance 2710-03. <br /> WHEREAS, the special improvement project entitled "10th Street - Pine Street to East <br /> Marine View Drive", Fund 303, Program 050, was established to provide for the said <br /> improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS, the purpose of the fund has been accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS, there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor <br /> uncollected revenues to be received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the special improvement project entitled "10th Street - Pine Street to East Marine <br /> View Drive", Fund 303, Program 050,be closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the "10th Street - Pine Street to East Marine <br /> View Drive", Fund 303, Program 050, are as follows: <br /> A.
